F1 Drivers in TV adverts

In the last few days in Britain we have been subjected to a Fiat 500 ad with Alonso, but they obviously forgot to get him to re-record the original sads into English as we have an awful English voice over:

To be fair the original is an OK advert it is just the dubbing in English that lets it down. Here is the original…

So now we are on the subject here are the best and worst we could remember and or find:

First up Mercedes maxing out the opportunity in Germany with Shumacher and Rosberg (with special guest)…

Rosberg & Shumacher with Hakkinen.Truly awful finger points at the end.

Slightly better on the basis they do and say at lot less.

Shumacher did some good ones whilst with Ferrari:

Kimi Räikkönen – probably best not to get him talking if you want to keep the viewer interested!

Alonso’s other ad spots:

Get ready to cringe as Jenson Button sells out big time:

And here is the same product but done the Vettel way!…

Lewis Hamilton races Heikki Kovalainen

Before Hamilton and Alonso started fighting (and look who pops up again!):

Mika Hakkinen did some of his own:

So Coulthard went and did an exact copy!

Hamilton does loads to pay the bills, and here is one of them:

What has to be the best F1 based advert ever!…

and yes there were outtakes…(done to celebrate Damon winning world championship)

But the last one has to go to Senna – and a Shell Japan ad that is just, well, odd…

Any more you like? Please add in the comments the link and they may get inserted…
